VMS Trailer

Axent's VMS trailers have been vital in warning motorists of changed traffic conditions and hazards along many of Victoria 's main roads. The trailer mounted VMS is solar powered and has a viewing distance of approximately 500m with a display character height of 18". Motorists have commented on the high visibility of the sign with one driver stating how easy, 'it was to adapt to any changed traffic conditions as the bright LED's ensured ample warning time from a staggering distance away'.

The VMS trailer boasts many features including a storage capacity of 500+ messages and a message board programmable via PDA which connects to the sign through the latest blue tooth technology and includes the option for GPRS. The diagnostic features available include the ability to set a number of default messages and fallback modes also exist.
